Trial replies per location
The free trial gives every connected location its own 15 replies, for up to 3 locations. One busy listing no longer spends the credits of the others, and the app tells you when another location still has replies to give.
Checkout for the locations you choose
At checkout you pick exactly which listings the plan covers and the price follows that count. The old 10-location ceiling is gone, so an owner with 36 listings can cover all 36 in one purchase.
Posting pauses at the trial cap, nothing else does
After the last trial reply posts, generating, drafting and insights stay on for 24 hours. Pick a plan and the run continues from where it stopped, with the count of what is still waiting shown on the plans page.
Replies that read more like you
Names are used only when the reviewer gave one, formal replies stay formal all the way through, and every reply answers in the language of the review instead of falling back to English.
One email when Google drops the connection
If Google stops accepting our connection to your profile, you get a single email with a reconnect button and the app shows the same notice. Nothing posts until the link is back, and healthy connections are never flagged.
Locations priced per unit on Starter and Pro
Both plans sell locations individually, so a two-location cafe pays for two and a single shop pays for one. The separate Pro Plus tier is retired.
Visibility out of beta
The Visibility workspace is included on every paid plan and stays available after the trial reply cap, so you can keep your profile in shape while you decide.
Hand the backlog to your review agent
Delegate the pile in one confirm. The agent works through it: the clearly fine reviews post, anything that needs your take waits for your word, and you get a short report of what happened.
Customer photos on reviews
Photos attached to a Google review now show in the inbox, so the reply can mention what the customer actually shared. Filter to reviews with media in one click.
Connect more than one Google account
Listings spread across several Google accounts can all be connected from Settings and managed in one place.
Google Business Profile visibility tools
New visibility workspace that scores how well your profile shows up in local search and tells you exactly what to fix. Get a 0 to 100 Visibility Score across freshness, relevance, reputation, and consistency, plus AI-drafted Google Posts and profile updates you can review and publish. Replies keep your reputation strong, visibility tools help more people find you in the first place. In beta on Starter and Pro.
Add your own context to every reply
Give autopilot extra context about your business: your story, what you specialize in, the way you talk to customers. The automation picks up on it and weaves it in when a reply would feel more personal with that detail included. Edit your context anytime in Settings.
Pick the exact hour autopilot fires
Choose when replies post in your local timezone, down to the hour. Set it once in Settings and replies show up when your customers are most likely to read them. Each location can run on its own schedule.
