Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with a free Pro trial that lasts 14 days or 15 posted replies, whichever comes first. No credit card is needed. During the trial you get full Pro features, including autopilot, unlimited replies, and insights. When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan, and nothing is charged automatically.

How long does it take to set up RepliFast?

Most businesses are set up in about 5 minutes. You sign up, connect your Google Business Profile with one secure login, set your brand voice (the Analyze replies button does this for you in seconds), and sync your reviews. After that you can generate and post your first reply right away.

What do I need to use RepliFast?

Just a web browser and a verified Google Business Profile that you own or manage. RepliFast runs in the browser with nothing to install, and works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.

How does connecting to Google Business Profile work?

You connect through Google's official, secure sign-in. In Settings, open the Google connection tab and click Connect Google Business Profile. You sign in with Google and approve RepliFast to read your reviews and post replies. Your Google password is never seen or stored, and you can disconnect anytime from RepliFast or revoke access in your Google account.

What permissions does RepliFast need?

Only the ones it needs to do its job: read your business profile and reviews, and post replies. RepliFast cannot see your email or any other part of your Google account.

Can RepliFast handle multiple locations?

Yes. You can manage several locations from one account. During the free trial you can connect all of your locations, since the trial is limited by replies rather than locations. On a paid plan, Starter and Pro cover one location, and the Pro Plus add-on lets you manage more, at a small monthly fee per extra location. Each location has its own brand voice and settings.

What if my Google Business Profile will not connect?

Connection problems usually come down to access. Make sure you are an owner or manager (not just an editor), that your profile is verified by Google, and that you are signing in with the correct Google account. Trying again in a private or incognito window, or with ad blockers off, often helps. If it still will not connect, contact support with your business name.

How good are the AI-generated replies?

RepliFast writes a unique reply for each review by reading its rating, tone, and specific details, then matching your brand voice. It avoids robotic phrases and references something real from the review. We still recommend a quick read before posting, especially for negative reviews, and you can edit any reply or regenerate it.

Can I control how the AI writes replies?

Yes. In Settings under Brand voice you set the Character (from Just the facts to Very enthusiastic), Emoji use, Formality, and Length, plus your own rules and protected words. You can also click Analyze replies to have RepliFast set all of this automatically from your existing Google replies.

How does RepliFast handle negative reviews?

RepliFast writes calm, professional replies that acknowledge the issue, stay empathetic, and offer a way to make things right. Negative reviews are held for you rather than auto-posted, and if a review mentions a specific detail only you would know, the context check pauses and asks you for a quick note instead of guessing.

Does RepliFast use templates?

No. Every reply is written fresh for that specific review, based on its content and your brand voice. That is what keeps replies sounding natural rather than repetitive or robotic.

What is the context check and why does the AI sometimes pause?

The context check is RepliFast knowing what it does not know. When a negative review mentions a specific detail only you would know, RepliFast does not invent an answer. It pauses, flags the review, and asks you for one line of context. Add a short note and the reply improves immediately. The context check is always on, which is what makes autopilot safe to trust.

What is the Owner Context feature?

Owner context lets you add a short note to a review before generating a reply, for example that a customer had a delivery issue or is a regular. The AI uses it to write a more relevant, personal reply. Click Add context on any review to use it. Your notes are private and never shown on Google.

Can RepliFast reply in the same language as the review?

Yes. With Match review language turned on, RepliFast detects each review's language and replies in that same language, so a German review gets a German reply, with all your tone and length rules still applied. You can also set a default language if you prefer. It supports 50+ languages.

How do I set up autopilot?

Autopilot is a Pro feature, and it is included in your free trial. In Settings, open the Reply automation tab, turn on automation, and choose an approval mode: post 4 and 5 star replies automatically, or post everything except the lowest ratings. Negative and sensitive reviews are always held for you, and the context check keeps autopilot from guessing. You can also pick the daily run time in your own timezone.

Is it safe to auto-post replies?

Yes, when set up sensibly. Auto-post is meant for positive reviews, and the always-on context check stops RepliFast from posting a guessed reply to anything sensitive. A good approach is to start with 4 and 5 star reviews on autopilot, watch the results for a week or two, and keep handling complaints yourself.

How quickly does RepliFast pick up new reviews?

On paid plans, new reviews usually appear within minutes, because RepliFast uses Google's live notifications instead of waiting for a daily check. You can also sync anytime with one click. The Free plan uses manual sync only.

Can I reply to lots of reviews at once?

Yes. Select several reviews with the checkboxes and generate replies for all of them at once, then review and post them together. This is the fastest way to catch up on a backlog of old reviews. Filtering first (by rating or status) helps you work through groups quickly.

You get a simple 0 to 100 Visibility Score with the highest-impact next step, a way to edit your services, and a way to publish Google posts, all with a built-in check against Google's rules. Visibility is available on any paid plan.

How secure is my data?

Your Google account is connected through the official, secure Google sign-in, and RepliFast is Approved by Google. Your credentials are encrypted, and data is protected in transit and at rest. RepliFast only accesses your business profile and reviews, never your password or other Google services, and never sells or shares your data.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your account stays active until the end of your billing period, and any replies already posted stay on Google. If you want everything removed, contact support and we will delete your data, including the Google connection and stored reviews, from our database. You can also reactivate your account later if you change your mind.

What is the difference between the plans?

Free covers up to 5 replies a month with manual sync. Starter ($15/month, or $12/month annually) covers up to 200 replies a month with manual posting and live review notifications. Pro ($29/month, or $19/month annually) adds autopilot, unlimited replies, and insights. Pro Plus is an add-on to Pro for managing multiple locations.

Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you like from your account settings. Upgrades take effect right away, and your data and settings stay intact through any change.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not right for you, contact support within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

How does pricing work for multiple locations?

You start with the Pro plan for your first location, then add extra locations with the Pro Plus add-on for $12/month each (less when billed annually). You manage them all from one account with one bill, while each location keeps its own brand voice and settings.

Do you offer regional pricing?

Yes. Businesses in lower-income countries may qualify for a regional discount of up to 50% off. The right price is applied automatically based on your location.

What kind of custom instructions can I add?

Anything specific to your business: opening hours, a booking link, return or refund policies, staff names, signature services, a sign-off you always use, or phrases to use or avoid. You can also lock exact product or place names with protected words, and paste a few favourite past replies as a style example. The more specific you are, the more personal the replies become.

Can I edit AI replies before they are posted?

Always. Read each reply and change anything you want, or click Regenerate for a fresh version based on your settings. You stay in control of the final wording. Many people start by checking every reply, then switch on autopilot for happy reviews once they trust the quality.

Can I edit or delete a reply after it is posted?

Yes. You can edit a reply that is already live on Google, or delete it, straight from RepliFast. This gives you full control over your replies even after they are published.

What happens when I click Post?

The reply is sent straight to your Google Business Profile and becomes visible to customers. It can take Google up to 24 hours to show it on Maps, though it appears right away in your Google Business Profile. With autopilot on, happy reviews can be posted for you automatically, while negative and sensitive ones are held for your attention.

Can RepliFast match the way I already reply to reviews?

Yes. If you already have replies on your Google profile, go to Settings, open Brand voice, and click Analyze replies. The AI reads your past replies and sets your voice and rules to match how you already write. It is the fastest way to set up, and it keeps your new replies feeling like a natural continuation of your old ones.

Can more than one person manage reviews?

RepliFast accounts are designed for a single owner managing the reviews. If you need access for more than one person or have a larger team, contact support and we can talk through the best option for your situation.

What are the most common issues and how do I fix them?

The usual ones: the Google connection failing (make sure you have owner or manager access and a verified profile), replies seeming off-brand (adjust your brand voice or run Analyze replies), and reviews not appearing (check the connection and try a manual sync). Most issues clear up by reconnecting Google or syncing again. If not, contact support.

I posted a reply, but it is not showing on Google Maps yet.

That is normal. Google can take up to 24 hours to refresh replies on Maps, especially after a batch of replies. You will see the reply right away in your Google Business Profile, and it will appear on Maps after Google's next update.
