Autopilot & Automation

Autopilot lets RepliFast find new reviews, write replies, and post them for you, while still keeping you in control of anything sensitive. It is a Pro feature, and it is included in your free trial so you can try it. You set it up in Settings under the Reply automation tab.

What autopilot does
When it is on, the whole flow runs without you.
1

Finds new reviews

New reviews are picked up automatically and brought into your dashboard.

2

Writes replies

The AI writes a reply for each new review using your brand voice and rules.

3

Posts the safe ones

Replies that match your approval rules are posted to Google for you. Anything sensitive waits for you.

Live notifications and instant posting
On paid plans, RepliFast can react to new reviews almost in real time.
1

Reviews within minutes

RepliFast uses Google's live notifications, so new reviews usually appear within minutes of being left, instead of waiting for a daily sync. This is available on Starter and up.

2

Instant posting

If you turn on instant posting, an approved reply can be posted within minutes of the review arriving, so customers get a fast response.

Approval modes
You choose how much RepliFast posts on its own. Pick one mode.
1

Manual approval

Nothing posts on its own. RepliFast writes the replies, and you approve and post them. Available on every plan.

2

Auto-approve 4 and 5 stars

Happy reviews (4 and 5 stars) are posted automatically. Reviews with 3 stars or fewer wait for you. A Pro feature.

3

Auto-approve except low ratings

Most reviews are posted automatically, but the lowest ratings (1 and 2 stars) are held for your attention. A Pro feature.

The context check (always on)
This is the safety net that makes autopilot safe to trust.
1

It catches sensitive reviews

Even in an auto mode, if a review mentions a specific detail only you would know, RepliFast does not auto-post a guessed reply. It holds the review and asks you for a quick line of context.

2

It cannot be turned off

The context check is always on, so autopilot never posts an answer to something it does not actually understand.

Schedule
You decide when the daily automation run happens.
1

Your local time

Pick the time of day for the daily run, in your own timezone, from a list of two-hour slots. RepliFast shows your detected timezone so there is no guesswork.

2

Weekdays only

You can choose to skip Saturdays and Sundays if you prefer not to reply on weekends.

Email summaries
Stay informed without watching the dashboard.
1

Daily summary

Turn on email notifications to get a summary of what autopilot did: new reviews, replies posted, and anything waiting for you.

2

Nudges when you are needed

You also get a heads-up when a review needs your attention, such as a context check, so nothing slips through.

💡 Pro Tips
  • Start with Auto-approve 4 and 5 stars so happy reviews are handled while you keep an eye on complaints.
  • The context check means you can trust autopilot without worrying it will guess about things it does not know.
  • Try a manual sync and a few replies first to see the quality before turning everything on.
  • Set the daily run time to a slot that fits your day, in your own timezone.
