Connecting Google Business Profile
RepliFast connects to your Google Business Profile so it can read your reviews and post your replies. The connection is secure and uses Google's official sign-in. This guide covers connecting, managing multiple locations, and how your data is protected.
Owner or manager access
You must be the owner or a manager of the profile. Editors cannot connect it. You can check this in your Google Business Profile dashboard.
A verified profile
Your profile must be verified and active on Google. Finish Google's verification first if needed.
The right Google account
Use the same Google account you normally use to manage your business for the smoothest setup.
Open the Google connection tab
Go to Settings and open the Google connection tab.
Connect with Google
Click Connect Google Business Profile. You will be sent to Google to sign in.
Approve access
Allow RepliFast to read your reviews and post replies. Your Google password is never seen or stored by RepliFast.
Sync your reviews
Go to the Reviews page and sync. Your existing reviews are imported, which can take a few minutes if you have many.
During the free trial
You can connect all of your locations during the trial, since the trial is limited by replies, not by locations. This lets you try RepliFast across every location.
On paid plans
Starter and Pro cover one location. To manage more than one location on a paid plan, add the Pro Plus add-on, which is a small monthly fee per extra location.
Each location is separate
Every location has its own brand voice, rules, and automation settings, all managed from one account.
Official Google sign-in
RepliFast connects through Google's official, secure sign-in. RepliFast is Approved by Google.
Only what it needs
RepliFast only asks to read your business profile and reviews and to post replies. It cannot see your email or other Google services.
Encrypted credentials
Your connection credentials are encrypted, and data is protected in transit and at rest.
Disconnect anytime
You can disconnect in RepliFast settings, or revoke access from your Google account, whenever you want.
- Use the same Google account you normally use for your business profile.
- Sync right after connecting to confirm the connection works.
- If the connection ever drops, reconnecting from the Google connection tab usually fixes it.
