What you get
A free Pro trial that lasts 14 days or 15 posted replies, whichever comes first. No credit card needed. You get autopilot, unlimited replies, and insights during the trial.
After the trial
When the trial ends, your account moves to the Free plan unless you choose a paid plan. Nothing is charged automatically.
Free
Up to 5 replies a month with manual sync. A simple way to keep up with a small number of reviews at no cost.
Starter
$15/month, or $12/month billed annually. Up to 200 replies a month, manual posting, brand voice, and live review notifications. Best if you want AI help but like to post replies yourself.
Pro
$29/month, or $19/month billed annually. Everything in Starter plus autopilot, unlimited replies, and insights. Best for hands-off management or catching up on a big backlog.
Pro Plus (multiple locations)
An add-on to Pro for businesses with more than one location, at $12/month per extra location (less when billed annually). Each location gets its own settings, all from one account.
Count your reviews and backlog
Under 200 reviews a month and no big backlog, Starter is plenty. More than that, or a large backlog to catch up on, Pro's unlimited replies are the better fit.
