Insights reads your reviews and turns them into a clear picture of what customers think. Instead of reading every review yourself, you get the themes people mention, the actions worth taking, and how things are trending. Insights is a Pro feature and is included in your free trial.

A few things that help Insights work well for you.

You need at least 3 reviews

Insights needs a few reviews in the selected period to find patterns. If a week is too quiet, try the monthly or quarterly view.

Quotes stay real

The themes and recommendations are AI-generated, but the example quotes are taken straight from real reviews, in their original language.

Language

Insights are written in the language you set under Insights report language in Brand voice.

Weekly digest email

If email notifications are on, you get a weekly digest each Monday with the headline numbers, top praise and pain points, and the top recommendation.

  • Use the quarterly view if your weekly reviews are too few to show clear patterns.
  • Treat the recommended actions as a short to-do list for improving your reviews.
  • Set the Insights language in Brand voice so reports come out in the language you prefer.
