Helping small businesses win on Google, and get their time back

I'm Kevin, and that is the whole reason RepliFast exists. The coffee shop, the plumber, the salon down the street, they all deserve to show up on Google, win more customers, and still get their evenings back. RepliFast is how I help them do it.

Small businesses should compete on how well they treat people, not on budget

The goal is simple. Help every business that lives on local customers show up on Google, earn more trust and traffic from the people searching, and spend less time doing it. Big chains pay agencies thousands a month for this. A salon or a family-run guesthouse should not have to. When you look after your customers well, that should be enough to get you found.

Why I built it

I travel a lot. Before booking a hotel or trying a new restaurant in a city I don't know, I almost always check the Google reviews first. Not just the stars. I read what people wrote, and I read the replies too. When I see a business actually engaging with their reviews, even the unhappy ones, I just feel better about walking in. It tells me someone behind the door pays attention.

A few years ago I built a small automation for a client using Make.com and a few connected tools. Nothing fancy. Just something to help them reply to their Google reviews without losing half their week to it. It worked. They got hours back, their reply rate climbed, and over time their ranking and bookings followed.

After that I kept noticing the same pattern everywhere. Most small business owners want to engage with their reviews. They just do not have the time. And the tools that already existed, the Birdeyes and Podiums and Yexts of the world, were priced for chains, not for a salon owner or a family-run guesthouse working on tight margins.

“Engaging with your reviews is one of the cheapest, most honest signals a business can send. It says someone here is paying attention. I want every small business that wants to be found online to be able to send that signal.”

So I built RepliFast. The point is to help small business owners win back hours every week, keep their costs low, and earn the rewards that come from staying engaged: more 5-star reviews, better ranking on Google, more traffic, more bookings, repeat customers, and evenings back with their families.

That is the whole point. The rest is just software.

A few things we will not compromise on

No surprises

We say what we do and do what we say. Honest pricing, honest copy, no bait and switch, no dark patterns hiding in the checkout.

Built for small businesses

This is for the coffee shop owner, the plumber, the salon stylist. Not for enterprises with a marketing department and a six-figure software budget.

One job, done well

We do Google review and profile management, and we keep pushing to do it better. No feature bloat you will pay for and never touch.

Live in minutes, not weeks

You have enough on your plate. Connect your profile and you are up and running in about five minutes, not five weeks of onboarding calls.

What makes it different from the big names

You get my email, not a ticket queue

Sign up and you are not handed off to an outsourced support desk. You get my actual email. I read every piece of feedback myself, and it genuinely shapes what I build next.

No enterprise bloat

We are not trying to be your CRM, your SMS blaster, and your payment processor all at once. We help you stay on top of your Google reviews and profile. That is the whole job, and we try to do it better than anyone.

Priced for a small business, on purpose

At $19/mo billed annually ($29/mo monthly), RepliFast is a fraction of what the enterprise tools charge. No big sales team, no glass office, no overhead to pass on to you.

Right now, the team is me

RepliFast is intentionally small. No layers, no bureaucracy, no one between you and the person who builds the thing.

Founder, developer, and support

I handle the product, the code, and the support replies, plus the occasional blog post written at 2 AM. I'm a developer who genuinely likes helping small businesses do well. When I'm not building RepliFast, I'm usually poking at some new automation or testing whatever AI model just dropped.

No team to join yet, but I always like meeting people who care about small businesses. Say hello.
