How a group gets set up
Connect once
Sign in with the Google account that manages your listings. Every location it owns or manages appears in one list.
Pick the covered locations
Choose which locations your plan covers. The trial covers up to 3; a paid plan covers as many as you select, billed per location.
Set voice and rules per location
Each location gets its own tone, signature, house rules and star-rating rules. Autopilot posts the ratings you allow and holds the rest for approval.
Clear the backlog, then stay current
Backlog Catch-Up drafts replies for older unanswered reviews, location by location. New reviews arrive within minutes and are answered under the rules you set.
What every covered location gets
| Review feed | Own inbox per location, with the full review history synced on connect |
| Brand voice | Own tone, warmth, signature and house rules |
| Star-rating rules | Own autopilot thresholds; 1 and 2 star replies always wait for you |
| Reply allowance | Starter: up to 200 AI replies per location per month. Pro: unlimited |
| Language | Each reply is written in the language of the review, per location |
| Insights | Weekly insights per location on Pro |
What RepliFast does not do for groups
- Google reviews only. No Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook or OpenTable inbox.
- No team seats, roles or client workspaces. One login per account.
- No white-label reports and no review request campaigns.
- You work on one location at a time in the app and switch with the location picker.
If you need all of that in one place, a reputation suite such as Birdeye or Podium fits better, at $299 to $399 per location per month. If you need every Google review answered in each location’s voice, this is the cheaper tool for the job.
Questions from multi-location operators
How much does RepliFast cost for a business with several locations?
Both paid plans are priced per location with no location cap. Starter is $15/month for the first location and $9/month for each additional one ($144/year and $81/year billed annually). Pro is $29/month and $12/month per additional location ($228/year and $108/year). A 4-location group pays $65/month or $552/year on Pro, and $42/month or $387/year on Starter.
Does the free trial cover more than one location?
Yes. The 14-day Pro trial covers up to 3 locations with 15 posted replies each, no credit card. The trial ends after 14 days or when the posted-reply credits are used, whichever comes first. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cover only some of my locations?
Yes. Connecting your Google account lists every location it manages. You choose which ones your plan covers, and you can add or remove covered locations later from the plans page. The price follows the number of covered locations; moving to a lower count is credited rather than charged.
Does each location get its own brand voice and rules?
Yes. Each covered location has its own review feed, brand voice settings, star-rating rules for autopilot, and reply allowance. A casual burger spot and a fine-dining room in the same group can reply in different voices. Settings are per location, not per account.
What does RepliFast not do for multi-location groups?
RepliFast handles Google reviews only. It does not collect Yelp, TripAdvisor, Facebook or OpenTable reviews, has no team seats or role permissions, no client workspaces, and no white-label reporting. In the app you work on one location at a time and switch with the location picker. If you need a single inbox across review sites, a reputation suite such as Birdeye or Podium fits better, at $299 to $399 per location per month.
Do the locations have to be under one Google account?
The locations must be manageable from the Google account you connect, either owned by it or shared with it as a manager in Google Business Profile. Ask the owner of each listing to add that account as a manager, then connect once.
How does RepliFast compare with flat multi-location tiers?
Below about five locations RepliFast is cheaper and the only option in its price band with autopilot on every location. Above that, flat tiers such as Reply Champion at $50/month for 3 to 10 locations (approval-led) cost less per location. Prices verified on each vendor's pricing page on 2026-10-04.
Try it on up to 3 locations, free
